Chefs - Must have 03 years experience of chef duties at NVQ level 3 & provide references from previous employers. Responsible to prepare & cook dishes from menu, purchase fresh ingrdients daily, maintain quality and quantity of stock, superivise and train junior staff.
Head Chef - As above Must have 04 Years experience of Head Chef duties at NVQ level 4 & provide references from previous employers. Also to superivise all kitchen staff duties prepare weekly rotas. check preapred dishes. Maintain kitchen accounts. Liase with management.
Head Waiter / Waitress - Must have 03 years experience of head waiter duties at NVQ level 3 & provide references from previous employers. duties included allocating duties to waiter / waitress, ensure presentation & customers satisfaction good customers relations, note customers complaints, quick decision maker, responsible to the management.
