Chefs - Must have 03 years experience of chef duties at NVQ level 3 & provide references from previous employers. Responsible to prepare & cook dishes from menu, purchase fresh ingrdients daily, maintain quality and quantity of stock, superivise and train junior staff.
Head Chef - As above, Must have 04 Years experience at NVQ level 04 & provide references from previous employers. Also to superivise and tarin all kitchen staff duties prepare weekly rotas, check prepare dishes. Maintain kitchen accounts, Liase with management.
